I recently took my Tesla to OC Auto Body and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The owner was incredibly friendly, honest, and knowledgeable. Tesla vehicles are packed with sensors, cameras, and advanced technology, and they clearly know exactly what they’re doing. They took the time to carefully inspect the vehicle, explain everything, and make sure the repair was done properly. What impressed me most was their attention to detail and dedication to getting everything right. They treated my Tesla with care and professionalism from start to finish. This shop will charge you $375/day for storage. They never provided an estimate as required by law. They also charged storage from the first day the car was dropped off before they even started working on it. After tearing down the car, they never informed the owner that they would charge a storage fee or that the car could be picked up. The shop then demanded $15k in storage fees and told the vehicle owner that they were keeping the car instead. The insurance payout was reduced by $7209 as a result. Their responses are also generated with ChatGPT. This shop is dishonest and will try to rip you off. My friend chose this place because of the good reviews, but the shop took advantage of her likely because she is a female. If you look at the invoice, you will see that they charged $200 for an estimate that their yellow sign said would be free and $175 for a prescan. Insurance found that these fees were incorrect and unreasonable and would not pay them. The shop blames the insurance, but the shop is in the wrong here. The purpose of charging a storage fee is to prevent a car from taking up space in a bay that can be used to repair another car. However, this car has been sitting on the

Absolutely amazing service. I was debating whether I should fix the damages that my car had. OC Auto left no doubt after I saw the finished results. You can’t guess that there was even a scratch once there on the car. The customer support is beautiful as well. Left my car for a few days and they had it ready in a reasonable time. Don’t hesitate to go there.
